Commissioner Dale was a nervous man. The paper willow tree, the masked man, as well as the dismembered body below it had him strung up tight. The odd sense of deja Vu kept creeping up on him no matter how hard he tried to make both cases unrelated and yet, his detective instincts kept pointing at a relation to the previous one five years ago.
He sighed and rubbed his face with his hands wondering why he didn't retire two years after the incident back then. He'd had time and capable deputies who could take over and yet, why did he still remain at the helm? It was a question that stuck in his mind when a slight knock on the door interrupted his thoughts.
