Chapter 29 - Annihilation of the Sterlings.

As Valeria turned to leave, Leila's hand shot out, slapping her across the face with a force that sent shockwaves through the air. Valeria's eyes blazed with fury, her face reddening as she unleashed a maelstrom of rage. With lightning-fast speed, she struck Leila twice, her blows landing with a sickening crunch that sent Leila crashing to the ground.

Valeria's corruption raged out of control, her body contorting in ways that defied human anatomy. Her eyes burned with an otherworldly red fire, her fangs bursting forth like razor-sharp scimitars. Her mind was a maelstrom of chaos, her thoughts consumed by an insatiable bloodlust.

Her gaze locked onto Mara, her eyes burning with an unholy hunger. With a speed that defied mortal limits, she closed the distance between them, her fangs bared like razor-sharp scimitars. Mara's screams were silenced as Valeria's fangs sank deep into her neck, sucking her dry.

The rest of the Sterlings charged forward, their faces twisted in a mix of fear and fury. Vivian grabbed Valeria's arm, but she hurled him across the room with a strength that shattered the wall, sending him crashing to the ground in a heap of broken bones.

Anthonio and Leila's eyes flashed red, revealing their vampiric nature, but their eyes were dull embers compared to Valeria's blazing inferno. They charged forward like raging bulls, but before they could reach her, Valeria vanished into thin air.

Minutes later, they were hurled through the room like rag dolls, their bodies crashing to the ground with a sickening crunch. Bones shattered, limbs twisted at impossible angles, and the Sterlings lay broken and helpless.

The rest of the family suffered the same fate, their bodies tossed around like toys until none were left standing. The room was a charnel house, the walls smeared with blood, and the air heavy with the stench of death.

Valeria stood amidst the carnage, her eyes still blazing with an otherworldly power.

Valeria scanned the place, and she was shocked when she saw the mess she had created. Bodies including that of Mara and a few of the Sterling, laid lifeless on the ground and blood was smeared on the walls with a few of the walls broken. Most of the people had run out of the hall while others also hid under tables afraid of being killed.Though she hadn't returned to her normal state, Valeria could think clearly now and she was quite mad that her corruption had taken so much control over her. She needed to learn how to control it, and fast.
