Many times they did not wish to let things become so terrible; they also hoped time could be safe and sound. Yet without anyone's help, things would only get worse.
That is why everyone became increasingly bewildered. They didn't know what to do and believed that things had already taken a terrible turn. They envisioned the complications and began to understand that time had become utterly powerless. They must continually change these things and make the world simpler.
Indeed, humans are cruel, but if you don't face them, you become an accessory to war. Grasping that if you wonder what to do, you no longer have such an opportunity, you must choose how to confront it. To truly be feared, you must continually strengthen your abilities, constantly build your army, and have capable people lead it. Then, there's a chance for the war.
