"My lord, my lady, a letter from the Engrida household." A maid hurriedly rushed into the dining room as Endrick and his family had dinner.
"The Engrida household?" Brea's mother asked perplexed and the maid nodded.
"Yes, it is addressed to Lady Brea." The maid said looking at Brea who continued eating her meal.
"Bring it here." She said and the maid nodded, handing her the letter before taking her leave.
"Why would the Engrida household send a letter addressed to you?" her mother asked worried.
"I do not know mother, but I am about to find out." Brea said opening the letter. Endrick on the other hand already had an inkling as to what the purpose of the letter was.
"So... what does it say?" Brea heard her mother ask as she read.
"Lady Pippa Engrida has just invited me to a gathering tomorrow evening at her manor." Brea said simply, she closed the letter and continued eating.
