"Do you need something father?" Pippa managed to squeal out.
"Actually I do, you and I need to talk." Clink said sitting down beside her. Pippa felt her heart beating out of her chest. She was sure her father would scold her more.
"A—ab—about what?" She stammered.
"This thing with Ian, I frankly do not like how he chose to marry Dariel Rivethans' daughter." Clink shook his head tsking disapprovingly.
"Right father? This is absurd!" Pippa replied instantly, almost forgetting that she was about to be scolded yet again.
"Very absurd, we all know that if Ian was to marry any woman, you would be the perfect one." Clink said.
Pippa's eyes opened wide and she turned to look at her father shocked.
"Yes, it is true, you are kind, sweet, delicate and most of all it will keep the royal lineage clean." He stated.
"Oh father, thank you, at least someone thinks the way I do." She smiled.
