The next few days were a blur to Harry.
He threw himself into his work as well as ensuring all of McGonagall's last wishes were taken care of. Luckily, her solicitor was very good at his job and while he was also very upset at her passing, he did his job to the letter and was uncompromising in doing it.
Much like she did in many things.
Also luckily, he was not entirely alone in doing everything. Hermione, while also deeply affected by it, helped him in organizing her things and helping with the other affairs that the solicitor was not dealing with. The other professors helped him with putting her possessions in storage to be held at Hogwarts when he had the time and heart to go through them. His fellow year mates: Lavender Brown, Parvati Patil, Neville Longbottom, Seamus Finnegan, and Dean Thomas along with Hermione and Ron helped set up the funeral...
