Chapter: The Cabin and the Fire
Yura: "You need something... and I know exactly what it is."
Xu Jian pushed her slightly away: "All I need is to be alone."
But Yura held his hand and looked at him with confidence.
Yura: "No, you need this."
Xu Jian wanted to insult her, but he remembered the powerful healing jade he needed, realizing he couldn't get rid of her so easily.
Xu Jian: "Fine..."
Yura pretended not to care, while Xu Jian acted more troubled than he really was, hoping to catch her attention.
She took him to a distant cabin, more like a worn-out shelter in terrible condition. Seeing it, Xu Jian felt tired just imagining the work.
Xu Jian (to himself): "Of course, I'm the one who has to fix everything here."
But before he started, Yura turned to him under the moonlight, which reflected off her face. Her flowing pink hair and crimson lips made her look like a scene from a painting.
Xu Jian (to himself): "I almost fell into her trap... I won't let that happen."
Yura, with a light smile: "This was my home with my brother before the priestess took us."
She walked lightly ahead of him, but her smile stirred something in him. The whole scene made him feel calm, though a lingering anxiety remained.
Yura: "So, we'll stay here."
Xu Jian: "Alright, but I need to fix the place first."
Xu Jian began working hard, lighting a fire to illuminate the cabin. He removed his suit and belt, then took off his jacket. As he worked, Yura noticed the many injuries covering his body. She froze for a moment, a mix of fear and awe in her eyes.
Yura (to herself): "How can a human endure so many wounds?"
But she vowed to heal him... somehow.
After five hours of continuous labor, Xu Jian finally stood, wiping sweat from his forehead.
Xu Jian: "So, what do you think now, Yura?"
Yura, with a sarcastic smile: "It's amazing. Thank you for fixing my house, oh great carpenter."
Xu Jian, slightly annoyed: "That's what you say to someone who worked five hours without food? Fine, I'll cook us a meal. I promise you won't taste anything like it, even in your dreams."
Yura: "Oh, you cook like the ladies? Wonderful!"
Xu Jian: "No, you little pest."
He began cooking. The scent of spices filled the air as he stirred the pan skillfully over the firewood. The meat looked delicious, and the aroma made Yura stare at the dish longingly.
Xu Jian: "Here you go."
He placed the plate before her, and Yura sat down, hesitant.
Yura (to herself): "Even the maids couldn't prepare something like this... It's amazing."
Her cheeks reddened. She wanted to tell him it was delicious, but couldn't. She thought Xu Jian was watching her, but he was busy eating.
Yura (to herself): "Is he handsome? Or am I just being strange? Even his light mustache looks charming."
After a while, the mood settled. Xu Jian looked at her with a slight smile:
Xu Jian: "You've gone quiet suddenly. What's wrong?"
Yura, in a soft voice: "Nothing... The food is delicious."
They sat in silence for a while. Suddenly, Xu Jian said:
Xu Jian: "The mischievous Vincent family... I miss them. I hope Li Wei is with them."
Yura: "Li Wei?"
Xu Jian: "Nothing... Just a memory."
Xu Jian (to himself): "Speaking of Li Wei, what is he doing now?"

Chapter: The Prince of Destruction and Nature
On a quiet night, Xu Jian and Yura slept beside each other in the small cabin. It didn't mean much to them; both were lost in their thoughts.
While Xu Jian sank into deep sleep, Yura took out a small jar, palm-sized, and placed a bit of its contents into his mouth. The magical liquid slipped into his body, healing the scars that carried the stories of his past battles.
Moments later, Yura fell asleep beside him, unaware of the transformation taking place.
In the morning, Xu Jian woke up, his eyes landing on Yura sleeping beside him. Sunlight filtered through the window, casting warmth on her peaceful face.
Xu Jian (to himself):
"If I were a normal person, maybe I could love a girl like her... But I'm not normal, and love isn't for me."
He rose quietly and walked toward the river. As he uncovered his body, he noticed that his scars were completely gone. He was shocked for a moment, placing his hand over his chest, where the largest scar used to be.
Xu Jian (laughing):
"Even this one's gone? You little girl, treating me like a broken piece? Hahaha… Yura, I'm starting to enjoy having you around!"
He headed to the nearby river, where his next adventure awaited.
…
Xu Jian watched Yura smiling and thought to himself:
"Strange... how can a girl smile despite all the chaos around us?"
He continued grilling fish over the fire, while Yura sat close, staring deeply at the river.
Xu Jian: "Well, looks like I've mastered fishing by accident. You know? I might open a restaurant one day and call it 'The Killer Spring of Fish.'"
Yura, with a sarcastic smile: "Oh really? I doubt the fish would appreciate such a name."
Xu Jian: "Don't worry about the fish. What matters is that the dish will taste great."
Yura rested her hand on her cheek, watching the fire dance.
"Strange that you're good at cooking... it's not a skill I possess."
Xu Jian chuckled: "So, you do have weaknesses. I thought you were perfect at everything."
Yura turned to him with a calm smile, but spoke seriously:
"Not everything is as it seems, Xu Jian... Many things are hidden beneath the surface."
Xu Jian placed the grilled fish in front of her, grabbing a piece for himself:
"Well, sometimes it's better not to know everything. Now, eat your food before I ruin nature again."
Yura giggled slightly and took a bite of the fish, saying:
"At least, your food is worth the risk."
To be continued...
