On the road, Kevin read Jessie’s message and frowned slightly.
An accident?
He called her, and Jessie thought he might have something urgent to say.
“Mr. Harper, is there anything you need?”
Just by hearing her voice, he could sense her exhaustion.
"Which hospital are you in? Maybe I can help you out with anything."
Hearing this, she felt a surge of warmth in her heart. Although he often seemed a bit cold, he still reassured her with his invisible support at critical times like these.
He was completely unlike William, who was still nowhere to be found at times like this.
However, she still refused, "No need, Mr. Harper. You've already helped my friend a lot, so I'll handle this myself. Don’t trouble yourself."
Hearing the insistence in her tone, Kevin didn't insist and only replied in a low voice.
"Just give me the hospital address. I won't insist since you’re determined, but just let me know if there’s anything you need."
"Okay."
