It wasn't an alarm but a reminder, one of which I had activated this morning. It was reminding me of my first schedule of the day which was to buy Nicole a phone.
Nicole!
I thought in my head, once I saw her name displayed on my phone's screen. I raised my head to look at the lady before me once I felt a shadow was cast on me. She was drawing closer to me in a seductive manner but I shoved her away with a wave of my hand.
I sent a text message to one of the men I had handpicked to be Nicole's bodyguards. "Go get the phone as I told you."
"Okay boss." He replied in less than ten seconds.
I slid the phone back into my pocket with one hand, and with the other hand, I roughly pulled the unsuspecting lady towards me. She made a soft and surprised whimper as her body slammed into mine. Her body shuddered as I lifted her onto my wide desk, ignoring the books and files that fell off as a result.
