"So, her family literally treating you as your own." Colt asked as he drank the energy drink. I completed fiftieth push ups. I sat on the gym's floor. I stretched my arms,"Yeah. They're... Really kindest persons I ever met." I was still panting, and my skin was shining by sweat.
He chuckled,"It's really becoming.... So sweet, my little friend." He smirked,"But if she knew, how perverted you're." His eyes crinkled. My faced plastered with 'Like seriously?' look.
"What you want to say?" I stood up. He giggled,"You forgot, you told me once your kinks." I looked at ground. Yes, I remembered. He was my closet friend ever. Yes, Oliva was my good friend too, even though she considered me as her best friend but I didn't. Somethings I couldn't tell her. But I could tell Colt everything.
I felt a rough hand on my shoulder,"Hey, dude you're pacing out for past few days now." He raised his eyebrows,"Is my friend fall hard?" My cheeks heat a little.
I sat on chair,"I dunno. It's really new. She's perfect. Too perfect." I ran my hand through my sweat soaked hair. Colt chuckled,"So, if she's perfect then why don't you give a try?" he pulled another chair and sat besides. He was also soaked by sweat. Both of our sleeveless shirts was making us more shiny.
"That's the problem. That word, 'try'. I don't wanna 'try'." I fumingly. I was really confused, impressed. Wow! What a great combination.
His eyes softened,"I can understand. What you're feeling. Is she consider you something like that?" He placed his hand on my shoulder.
I looked up. I recalled everything. In front of Eiffel tower, she seemed to admiring me. On her birthday, she also didn't liked the fact, me as her 'brother' I saw her reaction. When she opened the door for me on that rainy night of her birthday, she paused. She liked whatever I do.
If she was considering me like the way I did, then I'll make her mine. I'll give my soul, my body, my everything to her. If she really saw me the way I saw her without my acknowledgement. Later if she deny, I won't hesitate to kidnap her.
But again. If she had the same Vantage like me.
I shooked myself when Colt called for me for fourth time,"Again? I'm telling you. Listen to your dude and take a step." he said. His tone laced with a chill, cool manner. But sometimes his advices not as creepy as it sounds.
"As long as She doesn't has the same feelings as me. I won't do anything." I unconsciously said. At the moment, I really felt something warm like a flame,"But once if she get the same perspective. I'd take hills over my head for her."
"Wo.. Wo dude. Calm down chill." He chuckled seeing my seriousness. I wasn't like this before. I was the one who always listened to brain over heart. But my situation was worse. My brain and heart both were screaming same.
I was fighting with my own body. I've never felt something this deep. But I shouldn't let it took control. Atleast it's my opinion.
Colt was observing me,"You know, you're looking like those novel's male lead. Well, fictional characters possessed the author?"
I finally chuckled. This man always succeeded to make my mood light,"Well, According to your information I don't write those nasty stuffs."
"Yeah, Yeah. King of tears. You don't write 'that' kind of stuff buuuutt...." I knew what means when he dragged the 'but' like a mosquito,"You're planning to recreate those in real life. What was her name Oh! Somi." He giggled.
My cheeks heated. We were not nothing but friends 'yet'. After she came into my life. I literally reacting like a teenager boy. I lazily smacked his back,"Stop it!" I whined.
He giggled.

I was typing in my laptop. It's a big deal for an author. My recently published novel was ranking in America Times. And this was the spin off that novel. I always planned every novel with multiple parts. It's my choice whether I should published another parts too.
It wasn't easy at the first place. I still remembered I was seventeen that time. The time, my parents revealed mom had cancer. I bare their most of the medical expenses. I couldn't let them work and earn. As long as I had strong will power, I'm able to work, I will.
She was the best mother in earth. She was the one who gave me everything. Who gave me a strong reason to respect every female powers in our universe. She proved, that the powerful men were, is, will wrong.

The collusion noice between my fingers and keyboard echoed in the room. Tonight I was calm, not overthinking. Sometimes it eat my head. Many night there, where I bare the headache. Success of my career was only thing which gave me motivation. As an author and as an survey researcher. But still my writerself was hidden from the world. Even from Somi. She called me 'Kai'. Kai was the shy, kind, soft side of mine meanwhile, Kyro, the real self of mine, was lonely, passionate, author.
My phone buzzed. It was one in night. Something inside me was telling me a negative vibes. It was my dad. My chest quake with a thumb. Sweat rolled down from my side of forehead. I gulped. I gathered my all courage and picked the call,"H-hello, dad."
I heard a shaky voice, he cried?
"H-hello, Son. Can you come as soon as you want?"
My chest squeezed in fear. The worse fear of my life,"W-why?"
I heard he took a shaky breath,"Y-your mother wanted to see you. She..... She don't have much time.... Please come." He broke into sob. I felt a extreme pain in my heart. My entire world was going crush.
Next moment I found myself running to airport.
