Chapter 9 - Chapter 9

This Is Huge

The next morning, Deyna woke up early to take her bath, wore a blue sleeveless dress which showcased her curves with a pair of blue heels and earrings, a charmed bracelet with a signet ring alongside a pendant of her master, and her unknown fiancé styled her hair in a French braid, applied little make-up and a little black lipstick on her lips.

Deyna's Outfit below>>>>>

She took her handbag and off she went to the company. Because she brought an overcoat, she wore it immediately. She got down from the car and went to the president's office to report herself and start work. She knocked but no one answered, so she pushed the door open and entered.

"President," she called out, but nobody answered. She saw that the office was spacious with dark furniture. Everything in the office was dark, just like how she liked it. She was lost and told that she didn't hear the creak of the door behind her. But she was brought back to earth when a voice said, "Secretary Deyna, right?" Xavier asked.

She was so startled she slipped her foot. "Oh, God, what an embarrassment. I'm going to fall on my ass on the first day of work." But a pair of warm hands held her waist just in time.

But what shocked her the most was what the person was wearing. The person was wearing a bathrobe and she accidentally untied the knot. The chest was now fully exposed to her in a way she had never imagined. The chest built like a rock, defined abs, a perfect V line. Her eyes traveled down to his cock. "That's huge," she thought.

"Like what you see, Little Cub?" Xavier asked, his voice laced with amusement.

Deyna's eyes widened as she realized the man she had bumped into yesterday was now holding her by her waist. She quickly stepped back, her face turning a shade of crimson. "You are not only rude, but a pervert as well," she sneered, trying to regain her composure.

But deep down, Deyna couldn't shake the thought that this man might actually be her boss. Great, she thought. This is going to be a disaster.

She cleared her throat, trying to regain her bravado. "Besides, what are you even doing in the president's office?" she asked, her voice a mix of frustration and curiosity.

The words that followed made her heart race, but not in the way she expected. "Do I need permission to be in my own office, Ms. Deyna?" Xavier's tone was smooth, but there was an underlying edge to it.

Deyna froze, the realization hitting her with full force. This is my boss. Her face flushed with embarrassment, but she pushed it aside. "See, boss, I'm sorry for yesterday," she said, now looking anywhere but at him. "I wasn't in my right senses when I insulted you. Please, just forget about it."

Xavier chuckled, a low, almost dangerous sound. "Okay, I'll forgive you... on one condition," he said, his eyes narrowing with amusement.

Deyna's mind raced. "I'll do anything," she said almost pleadingly, not realizing how much she had just given away.

"Are you sure?" Xavier's gaze lingered on her, his lips curving into a smirk that made Deyna feel exposed.

Deyna nodded, her voice barely steady. "Yes. Anything."

The next words that left Xavier's lips left her frozen in shock. "Then, I want you to be my fiancé, Deyna."

Deyna's eyes widened, her mouth opening and closing in disbelief. "What?" she gasped, stepping back as if he had just slapped her. "I don't want to!"

Xavier's smile never faltered, but there was something dangerously intoxicating in his eyes. "Why not? What does your fiancé have that I don't? I'm handsome, I'm rich, and I hold more power in this country than anyone else. When you marry me, not only will you become richer than you ever imagined, but you'll also become Mrs. Draven, a name everyone will know."

Deyna's heart raced, and for a moment, she was speechless. The intensity in his gaze was hard to ignore, but the thought of her fiancé, her commitment, and her own independence made her shake her head. "I... I'm not like you," she said softly, trying to stand her ground. "I already have a fiancé, Xavier."

Xavier's smirk deepened, as if this was exactly what he expected to hear. "Your fiancé doesn't even compare to what I offer. Think about it, Deyna. You could have it all. Money, power, a name that commands respect... all in exchange for a simple ring. What do you say?"

"Nope, as I've already said, I'm a loyal person. I won't just marry you because you are rich and own the world" Deyna said confidently.

Xavier was taken aback by what Deyna just said. He stared at her, genuinely surprised. Even though she didn't know he was her fiancé, she was still loyal to him. A soft smile tugged at his lips. I'm really thankful to have such a woman.

"Boss... you haven't worn your clothes yet," Deyna said, her cheeks flushing a deep red as she turned her face away.

"Oh?" Xavier smirked, walking casually toward his changing room. "I thought you hadn't finished looking. That's why I waited."

Before she could say anything, he disappeared into the changing room and came out minutes later in a crisp black suit, the fabric hugging his toned frame perfectly.

"Come and sign the contract," Xavier said smoothly, walking to his desk.

"Okay… but what are the rules? I don't want to breach anything," Deyna asked, taking the pen and paper from him.

"There's not much you can do to breach the contract," Xavier said, sitting back with a cool expression. "But if you want to know the rules, here they are: First, I expect a cup of coffee on my desk every morning before I arrive no sugar, no cream. Second, no romantic relationships are allowed within this company. Third" he leaned in slightly, his voice low and dark " if you ever betray me, I might just kill you. That's all."

Deyna blinked but nodded, swallowing hard. "I understand… boss."

"Don't call me boss," Xavier corrected, his gaze sharp but amused. "Call me Xavier."

"O-Okay… Xa....Xa... Xavier," Deyna said with hesitation.

"That's more like it." He gave her a satisfied smile and pointed to his right. "That's your office. Right there, inside mine."

Deyna walked toward her space and entered. She slowly took off her overcoat, revealing the sleeveless blue dress underneath. The way she removed it graceful, slow, yet unintentionally seductive made something stir deep within Xavier.

Is she doing this on purpose? Is she trying to drive me crazy? he wondered.

But Deyna simply sat down, crossed her legs elegantly, and began working with full focus, eyes locked on the computer screen.

Xavier found himself unable to focus. His gaze trailed down to her legs long, smooth, and milky white. He shifted in his seat, groaning silently. Today's going to be a long damn day, he thought, adjusting the growing hardness in his pants.

He clenched his jaw and forced himself to concentrate, but it was pure torture until it was finally time for breakfast.
