How far down did they bury him?
Ji-hoon moved through the apartment. Details felt heavier. Denser. More real.
He picked up a glass. Water inside. Cold. Tangible.
The pill bottle sat where he left it. He opened it. No pills inside.
Why show me this? Why bring me back here?
Unless this isn't a prison. It's a test.
"If you can hear me," he whispered, "We have to go deeper."
Silence. Then—that hum again.
The apartment began to flicker.
Walls rippled. Ceiling trembled.
Push harder.
He ran to the window. Pounded the glass.
"LET ME OUT!"
The hum intensified. His vision blurred.
And then— Darkness.
Ji-hoon opened his eyes to a sterile room. Real restraints. Real light.
Awake?
Across from him— Su-yeon. The real one.
She stirred. Their eyes met.
"You made it," she said.
Then everything went white.
