......

Waking up wasn't quite the pleasant experience I had hoped it would be. My body ached from multiple places; my right hand hurt the most.

It was as if boiling hot blood flowed through it.

I raised an eyebrow at the pain, 'So that means, in my current condition, just using his technique causes my hands to get super tired.'

However, putting all of the current problems aside, I started working on myself. Freshening and bathing up, I put on another set of school uniform I had found under my bed.

'Matter of fact, I don't even have any other sort of clothing on me.'

The big list of increasing problems haunted me. Sitting on my bunk bed, I pondered over what to do next.

'I could start taking others money, just like yesterday.'

It wasn't a bad idea... However, that would mean I would have to get strong by continuous fighting.

Not a bad path, however not the best either.

'I could start a business.' However, I not only would have to think of an amazing idea... I would even have to find the capital.

My brain suddenly paused... I had copy, which, while very functional in a fight, was also useful elsewhere.

However, webtoons weren't a big thing either.

In fact, investing was also an option on my mind; however, funds were still a problem.

'It's as if I am getting overwhelmed by the things I need to achieve.'

Sitting down, I finally calmed myself.

This was the world of Lookism. Power reigned over everything, and with the first King war approaching, I had to ascertain power as quickly as possible.

Money would appear soon enough.

'And for power, the best thing to do is to find a teacher.'

.....

The metro was speeding around the city of Seoul. The hub of all that happened and will happen. I leaned my head on the rail. The sound of wheels turning calmed me down as I enjoyed the scenery in front of me.

I had finally gotten the answer to my question.

Hansu Seong.

The Taekwondo legend, I had read somewhat of the manager Kim Manwha, so I knew that at this point, the man had already opened his dojo.

His current aim was to teach taekwondo at a professional level; however, his business failed, which led him to open it for kids, almost like a simple dojo.

'I just have to make him agree to take me in.'

I adjusted my head slightly, even though I felt a little uncomfortable from the stares I was getting.

'My eyes, they must think of it as a genetic defect.'

I always used to wonder, how can Gun roam around the world with these eyes and nobody bats an eye?

Now I knew why. Everybody who didn't know saw it as a disease.

'Like heterochromatic eyes.'

I soon descended the metro, and a quick taxi later, I was in front of the dojo.

The place was small; however, the wooden exterior and the nice neon board on top showed how much the owner really cared for it.

Opening the door, the place was almost empty. The only sound was the shouts from afar.

It seemed like a kid was practicing something considering the loud martial arts noises I was hearing.

"Yes, that was amazing, Taehun." I heard a voice, a loud male voice; however, I could almost feel the softness with which it was spoken.

Entering inside, I took off my shoes and walked in my socks. The dojo wasn't big; it had two rooms that were disjointed by a single wall. To enter the other room, one had to go to the far end of the wall.

Entering the other room, I saw a man with his back turned to me. A little kid of about eight years was practicing around him.

'That is impressive,'

For a little kid, his hops were quite high, and his technique was more or less solid.

"Uhm." I cracked my throat to attract their attention. Both of them stopped and turned behind to look at me.

"Who are you?" Hansu looked at me and asked.

"I heard this was a taekwondo dojo... I came to learn," I spoke confidently as I stared into his eyes. I needed to grow stronger, and this was my best bet.

He smiled apologetically, "Currently I am focused on training those who can do it professionally, so I cannot teach it casually."

I nodded, "Don't worry mister, I am here to learn" I smiled as I brought forward my hand, "Apollo Rayden, sir, and I are here to be your disciple."

......

The introduction went smoothly, and it seemed even the man somewhat gravitated towards my confidence.

Right now, he was standing in front of me; Taehun was currently resting on the mat beside us, also judging how I would do.

Hansu Seong currently was in the prime of his life. His youthful characteristics were still there, and he didn't look like an old man yet, definitely not as nerdy as he looked in the manhwa.

He focused his gaze on me , "How much of Taekwondo do you know ?"

I couldn't help but speak, "None."

He paused, however, to maintain professionalism; he continued, "So, have you ever trained in any martial arts?"

'I did do a bit of boxing from YouTube back in my previous world.'

"A bit of boxing, sir," I spoke. Seeing him contemplating, I quickly spoke, "Sir, I understand you have a lot of questions, but first, show me any type of kick... You will understand what I am saying."

He hesitated but soon nodded and grew serious. The air around him grew heavy, and even I could feel some sort of force revolving around him.

He cocked his leg back and executed a perfect textbook roundhouse kick.

'Copy.'

Without skipping a beat, I copied his complete figure, from the way his legs spread to the position of his hands.

"What?" Taehun got up, shocked and bewildered.

Turning towards Hansu, I spoke, "I guess you got the gist of what I wanted to show you."
