After watching on the sideline for a while, Zachary walked up and whistled before introducing himself, "Hello there, precious ones. I'm Uncle Zac. You can ask me anything you want about Leo. I'll \tell you all that I know."
Kayden lifted his head and sized up Zachary with slightly narrowed eyes. Zachary appeared to have a flippant attitude, but Kayden could tell from the look in Zachary's eyes that not only was he pleased to see them, but he also seemed to approve of Kayla and him. Besides, Zachary was also quite good-looking and did not look like a hooligan. Alright then, Kayden thought to himself, Zachary could be included on his list of potential candidates for daddy.
Leo would probably be angry if he knew of his son's thoughts.
"Uncle Zac, you're not as handsome as my Daddy." Kayla was still hugging Leo's leg as she warned Zachary, "So, don't you even think about fighting with Daddy over my Mommy." Kayla indirectly praised Leo as she spoke with Zachary.
Zachary was perplexed with what Kayla had said. When did he have an ulterior motive towards Zoey?
Zachary was not aware that the pair of twins had an agreement previously. The criteria that they had listed for a potential daddy were: good looks, loaded with money, powerful and influential, discerning, and not a playboy. But to Kayla, Leo had already met all their criteria and even liked both Kayden and herself. And so, she didn't think there was a need to consider Zachary at all.
Leo threw Zachary a cold glare over Zachary's supposed guts to have an 'ulterior motive' towards Zoey; he didn't care if Zachary was actually innocent.
Zachary hurried to explain himself, "Little one, I swear, I'm not interested in your mommy at all."
Zoey was going to be Leo's wife, and Zachary would never dare to hanker after Zoey, even if he had a lion's guts. Leo would kill him if he really bore an ulterior motive towards Zoey.
Kayla immediately became unhappy with Zachary's declaration. She lifted her chin and snorted with indignation at Zachary. Rolling her eyes, she said, "Mommy is so pretty and is well -liked. Why are you not interested in her? There are lots of men who are courting her. You know, your looks can only be considered as average among her suitors. Mommy may not even be attracted to you!"
Zachary couldn't help but laugh at Kayla. She was simply too adorable, and there was no way he could take offense at what she had said. And so, Zachary played along and tried to coax Kayla instead, "Yes, yes of course. Only your daddy is a good match to your mommy. I'm a nobody compared to him. My beautiful little princess, do I have the honor to bring you and your brother for a meal after the DNA test?"
Kayla's eyes shone brightly at the mention of food. She decided to forgive Zachary on the account of the meal he was going to treat.
Leo frowned and told Zachary coldly, "You can get lost now."
"Come on, Leo. You cannot be this petty. I've just promised to treat the little princess here to a meal." Zachary asked exaggeratedly.
Kayla turned her head towards Leo, her unhappiness evident on her face. She had wanted to make Zachary pay for a lot of yummy food; sweet and sour pork ribs, lobsters, king crabs, Coca-Cola, chicken wings and many more. How could her Daddy drive Zachary away?
"I'll bring you both for a meal instead. Be a good girl." Leo lifted his hand and, after a few seconds of hesitation, placed his hand on top of Kayla's head and patted her awkwardly.
Kayla's eyes radiated with happiness again. With a wave of her hand, she looked at Zachary with disdain as she said, "Uncle Zac, you can go now. Don't be in the way of our father and children bonding time."
Zachary's face twitched as he thought about how much Kayla was like a mischievous devil; there was nothing cute about her anymore. But for all his unwillingness, he had to leave the hospital on his own.
"Come, let's go in." Leo said as he carried both the kids in his arms, just like a doting father, and strode into the hospital.
Kayden had an astonished look as he stared at Leo's profile.
Kayla, on the other hand, clapped her hands and exclaimed, "Daddy, you are so strong! I like you very much!" Kayla planted two kisses on Leo's cheeks along with her declaration.
They did not have to wait for long before the DNA test result was out. It was a 99.9999999% match, which meant that the pair of twins were Leo's biological children. Although Leo had already expected it, his hands couldn't help but tremble as he held the result in his hand.

"Yay! You're our Daddy now!" Kayla lightly held her dress by its sides and spun around with delight.
Kayden's pursed lips showed signs of breaking into a smile. He was only a six- year-old child who desired for a father in his life. Now that he had a father, Kayden would be able to tell those who dared use the word 'illegal child' on him that he was not one - he had a father!
Leo folded the report in his hands and met two pairs of bright, shining eyes. His heart softened as he looked into those eyes. In a rare display of affection, Leo picked up both kids with his arms and kissed each of them on their cheeks. "Let's go, I'll take you both to lunch," Leo said as he left the hospital with the twins.
They drove to Siena Restaurant, where Kayla ordered a lot of food. Kayden showed some self-restraint by only ordering two dishes, while Leo only ordered a bottle of red wine for himself.
During lunch, Leo was savoring his glass of red wine as he watched Kayla happily trying out all the dishes on the table. Kayden, on the other hand, showed perfect dining etiquette with the way he was slowly savoring his food. And when Leo saw that Kayden was chewing his food in the same way as he did, his eyes turned solemn, and he made a decision on the spot. He would train Kayden as his successor.
"Burrrp... I'm so full!" Kayla gave a satisfied burp and grew even more fond of Leo. After using the table napkin to wipe her lips, Kayla propped her chin with both her hands and turned to look at Leo. Her eyes sparkled as she said, "Let me tell you, Daddy. My mommy doesn't like men who behave improperly. She has already stricken you off her list of suitors when you hugged her in front of the hospital yesterday. It doesn't matter that you're our biological father. So, you have to treat Mommy even better from now on. Otherwise, Kayden and I will have to call another man 'Daddy' in the future."
His kids would have to call another man 'Daddy'? Leo's face darkened when he thought about this possibility. With a low growl, he said, "I'll see who has the guts."
Who in his right mind would dare to acknowledge Leo's kids as his own? But... when Leo thought about Zoey and her warm, soft body in his arms yesterday, he started to feel restless. Coughing lightly, Leo tried to suppress the stirrings of desire in his heart.
"Daddy, I'm serious. You can't touch Mommy without her permission." Kayla pouted with displeasure, "Compared to other men, I still prefer you to be my Daddy." At least Leo would order a lot of yummy food for her, while her mommy would restrict her diet at times.
Leo asserted strongly, "Got it. You will only have me as your father." No one would dare contend with Leo in Onaton City.
Leo suggested to the kids, "Come, let's go have some fun. Do you have anywhere you would like to go?"
"The amusement park." Kayla announced loudly. She loved the cotton candy sold in
the amusement parks; it was so sweet and yummy.
One look at the twinkle in his sister's eyes, and Kayden knew Kayla must be thinking about food again.
"OK." Leo carried them and ordered his driver to head to the amusement park. The three of them spent the entire afternoon playing in the amusement park.
After a day's work in the hospital, Zoey went to the supermarket and bought a lot of food. She had intended to cook a sumptuous meal for Kayden and Kayla. Just as she stepped into the apartment estate, she heard a clear girly voice and soon, a black Maybach stopped in front of her.
The passenger door opened and both Kayla and Kayden jumped down from the car. Kayla ran straight into Zoey's arms and declared sweetly, "Mommy, Mommy, I missed you so much!"
"You missed me and yet you went out to have fun?" Zoey said as she patted Kayla's head dotingly. But when Zoey saw the identity of the man who had stepped out of the car, her expression became guarded immediately. She pulled her kids behind her as she asked, "Mr. Leo, what do you intend to do?"
Zoey had requested her friend to check out Leo's identity last night and found out that he was the heir to the Yancey family. People in both the business field and underworld tended to address Leo as 'Mr. Leo' out of respect. Zoey knew that Leo was very powerful and influential; he almost could be considered as the king in Onaton City.
Leo looked squarely into Zoey's eyes and said calmly, "They are my children. This is the DNA report."
Zoey's heart sank when she saw the test report in Leo's hands. She turned around and glared at her kids - how dared they do a DNA test with Leo without her knowledge!
If Leo wanted to gain custody of the pair of twins, she would definitely lose with her current situation.
Leo seemed to know what she was thinking and said reassuringly, "Don't worry, I won't fight with you for the kids." He only wanted to convert Zoey's status from simply being 'his kids' mother' to his 'wife' legally.
